Second Sunrise Life Renewal Services is a Christian, non-clinical life renewal organization based in Huntsville, Ontario.
We support adults who are rebuilding after addiction, treatment, loss, instability, incarceration, hospitalization, difficult life changes, or seasons of feeling stuck and unsure where to begin.
Our work is grounded in the belief that every person is created by God with dignity, value, and purpose.
Through Christian faith, practical tools, healthy structure, encouragement, accountability, prayer, and supportive community, we help people take steady steps toward a healthier and more hopeful future.
You do not have to rebuild your life alone.
Second Sunrise supports adults aged 18 and older who are ready to begin rebuilding.
This may include people who are:
Moving forward after addiction or recovery challenges
Transitioning after treatment, hospitalization, incarceration, or another major life change
Rebuilding after loss, trauma, instability, or family breakdown
Struggling to create healthy routines or daily structure
Feeling isolated, discouraged, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next
Looking for faith-based encouragement and supportive community
Ready to grow but needing guidance, accountability, and practical support
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Sometimes the first step is simply asking for help.
Second Sunrise provides structured life renewal programs that may include:

Faith does not replace practical action. We bring faith and practical support together to help people move forward one steady step at a time.
Second Sunrise is openly Christian.
Scripture, prayer, Christian principles, and conversations about faith may be included throughout our programs and activities.
People from different backgrounds and life experiences are welcome and will be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Participants will never be pressured to pretend they believe something they do not believe. However, everyone should understand that faith in God and the hope of Jesus Christ are central to the purpose and work of Second Sunrise.
Foundations is a structured life renewal program for adults who are ready to begin rebuilding their lives.
Through weekly teaching, Scripture, guided reflection, practical activities, personal goal-setting, prayer, encouragement, and supportive discussion, participants work toward:

A clearer sense of purpose and direction
Foundations is available through small, supportive group sessions.
