Foundations

A 12-Week Christ-Centred Life Renewal Program

Foundations is for adults who are ready to create a stronger and more stable starting point for their future.

Participants work through practical areas of life while receiving biblical encouragement, prayer, guidance, accountability, and support.

The program focuses on:

Building healthy routines and daily structure
Understanding personal needs and boundaries
Setting realistic goals
Strengthening confidence and emotional wellness

A Four-Week Stabilization Program

Anchor Point is a short-term, Christ-centred program for adults who feel overwhelmed, unstable, or unsure where to begin.

The program helps participants slow things down, identify what needs attention first, and begin creating a steadier foundation.

Participants may focus on:

Immediate needs and personal priorities
Simple routines and daily structure
Healthy boundaries
Emotional awareness
Practical problem-solving
Support and accountability
Prayer, Scripture, and trusting God through uncertainty
Choosing realistic next steps

Christ-Centred Transition Support

Bridging Next Steps supports adults who are moving forward after treatment, detox, hospitalization, incarceration, or another major life transition.

The period after leaving a structured setting can feel overwhelming. People may know they want change but still need help creating routines, reconnecting with community supports, identifying priorities, and building a realistic plan for daily life.

Support may include:

Creating a practical transition plan
Rebuilding healthy routines and daily structure
Identifying immediate needs and priorities
Setting manageable short-term goals
Connecting with appropriate community resources
Strengthening accountability and supportive relationships
Biblical encouragement, prayer, and faith-based reflection
Developing a plan for continued growth and stability

It provides a respectful place for participants to connect, reflect, receive encouragement, and remain accountable to the steps they are taking.

Recovery Circle may include:

Prayer and Scripture
Honest, respectful group discussion
Encouragement through difficult weeks
Reflection on progress and challenges
Healthy coping and daily-life strategies
Goal setting and personal accountability
Building supportive community connections
Celebrating growth and meaningful milestones

Recovery Circle is non-clinical and does not replace addiction treatment, counselling, therapy, medical care, or crisis services.

Alumni Circle offers continued faith-based connection and encouragement for people who have completed a Second Sunrise program.
